Ron's Can't Lose Recipe for The Ocean's Bounty

I'm not a good cook. But if you're a landlocked midwesterner like myself, certain ocean fish can be easily prepared to rival an offering from a fancy restaraunt.
Here's the secret:
Italian dressing and Old Bay Seafood seasoning. That's it!
Take some Mahi, Tuna or whatever kind of fish fillets you prefer and marinade or just baste them with the italian dressing. cover the grill (always best on a grill) with some *spray oil like Pam, Wesson or whatever and cook the basted fillets for about 5-7 minutes per side depending on the thickness or your meat. Sprinkle some Old Bay seasoning over the fillets and serve 'em up with cole slaw, conch fritters and Samual Adams beer. By the way, does anyone know how to make conch fritters . . . ?

*When spraying cooking oil over the hot grill, be sure to keep your face near the fire and spray directly at the flames.
(Fans do not try this leave the spraying to the professionals *laugh*).
